VIRTUAL DESIGN CONSULTATION

We take the health and safety of our community seriously, and aim to provide our clients with the best possible customer experience during this time. This is why we’re now offering virtual design consultations. A video call consultation is possible using Zoom, Skype and Facetime. If you prefer not to video chat, we are happy to look at pictures of your home’s interior and discuss your project over the phone.

COMPLIMENTARY DESIGN CONSULTATION

Our first appointment will last about an hour.  We will tour your home to assess your lifestyle and design taste.  We know that every project and every family presents its own unique set of circumstances.  We will take the time necessary to help establish the scope of your project and the style you desire.  Don’t worry about the time; our initial consultation is always complimentary.  At the end of the first consultation we will be able to identify your “wish list” and your budget.

THE BUDGET

We will work with you to determine a budget that accomplishes your overall project goals, whether it is one room at a time or the entire home.  Our extensive array of resources means that we can satisfy almost any budget, and because our consultation is complimentary, your budget focuses on only the solutions that you decide to move ahead with.

THE DESIGN PRESENTATION

Once we have the wish list, the budget, pictures and measurements, we will set up a second appointment in order to pull together a design solution and create a presentation for you.  We may request a small retainer before beginning any design work.

At our design meeting we will present a variety of design options all personalized for you:  traditional, contemporary, or anywhere in between. We have thousands of samples of top quality home furnishings products including drapery, blinds, shades, furniture, bedding, lighting, accessories, artwork, floor covering and wall covering from which to choose.

Feel free to fall in love with what we show you because we will be sticking to your budget.  You will know exactly how much everything costs before you commit to anything.  There won’t be any surprise invoices later for freight, delivery, or installation.

Once design decisions have been made, we will take care of ordering everything for you.  We will work with you from the idea stage all the way through delivery, installation, and completion of your dream room.  We love to have you come in for the BIG REVEAL at the end!  It is a fun and efficient process for us and for our customers.
